I am an amateur photographer. I like to walk around wearing sneakers and find hidden surprises. I like to see people, the way they talk, the way they move. I love books, the light, the Sun and the rain. I love the wind that moves the leaves, the old and new melodies and long and curious conversations. I love little towns, big cities, old bridges, fields, mountains and beaches: landscapes that are beyond my eyes. I love to be at home, but traveling, too! And see the diversity of the world. I was born in Malmö, Sweden in 1980. My childhood was spent in southern Sweden, 11 years in Santiago de Chile and almost 7 years in Málaga, a beautiful city in southern Spain. I´m now based in Chile again. Photography has always been with me, but started to change my life a couple of years ago. I'm Eva and I live near Barcelona, in Terrassa, since I was born 37 Novembers ago. My first camera arrived in my life when I was 7 or 8 and since then I preffered to be behind the camera and not in front of it. I love photography because it allowes to me to see those beautiful little thinks that life has and you can only see through an objetive. I studied marketing and public relations and my life has turned almost always around the commercial world. I have a wonderful son, I have published a book and now only I have to plant a tree. I live in peace with myself. I'm a legal assistant by profession, but for the last 11 years I've worked as an executive secretary. Cooking is my hobby and photography, my passion. For years I've wanted to be a painter; however, I soon discovered I didn´t have what it take to be a painter. That's the reason why I turned to photography. A couple of years ago I decided to give a radical change to my life, a change that maybe nobody would have done. I feel lucky, because in this new path I met the person who accompanies me every day. Thanks to him I could bring out the artistic side from within me. I love Art in all its letters and of course photography is a key part of it and of my own. After my children were born something changed in me. Looking at them growing up each day, my way of observing the world was changed. Landscapes, shapes, objects, textures, faces, colors, before unnoticed, remain in my retina. I started photographing them with the objective of freezing those moments.

Until recently, photography for me was just clicking every time I saw something "picture worth". Now I know that it has nothing to do with it. But then as now, I'm enjoying photography.
When I was small there was no camera at home, and when a family member said that he or she wanted to take a picture of me, I combed my hair and I put the best robe on.
